All in-stock (pre-made) items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed during drops, promotions, or holidays may experience slight processing delays.

Shipping method and carrier are selected based on destination and order size.


🕰 Pre-Order Shipping (Sale Items)

All sale items are pre-order and are not immediately available for shipment.

Pre-order items require additional processing time before shipping. Estimated timelines will be provided on the product page when applicable.

If your order includes both pre-made and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready.


Estimated Shipping Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after processing and are estimates only.

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

How to Check Eligibility

  2. If eligible, the "Local Delivery" option will appear.
  3. If not shown, your address is currently outside our delivery range.

Delivery Timeline

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• Estimated Arrival: 1–2 business days after processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Saint Cavalle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once your package is out of our possession, it is no longer our responsibility.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
